D\u00e8s cette s\u00e9ance, vous vivrez une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience hypnotique, accessible, rassurante et profond\u00e9ment relaxante.<\/p><p>Dans les s\u00e9ances suivantes (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 3 \u00e0 4 au total), vous explorerez diff\u00e9rentes formes de travail hypnotique :<\/p><ul><li>Des s\u00e9ances classiques avec induction, phase de travail th\u00e9rapeutique, puis retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat conscient,<\/li><li>Ou des s\u00e9quences d\u2019hypnose conversationnelle, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au fil de l\u2019\u00e9change.<\/li><\/ul><p>Chaque s\u00e9ance dure environ une heure, dont 30 \u00e0 40 minutes consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019hypnose.
